You can commission your very own bookfolding sculpture by contacting me to let me know what sort of design you’d like. You can be as specific or as vague as you’d like, and I will work with you, making mock-ups of possible designs through a FREE email consultation process.

In addition to folding the pages to create the sculptural element of the book I also offer the option of decorating the covers, adding metal corner protectors (I have dozens of designs to choose from), and including a discounted mirror-backed display case to help show off these elements if desired. These are all things that can be discussed during the email consultation phase.

How much do bookfolding sculptures cost?

The cost of a bookfolding commission depends on the number of pages in the book used plus the complexity of the design. They can range from $150 to over 1K.

How is payment made, and how can I ensure that I will receive my item?

If I create a mock-up design you approve and we agree upon a price, payment can be sent via paypal after the commission is completed. Some buyer protection is built into my paypal business account, but if you want more, I can also create a custom listing on Etsy for you as a way for you to pay for your commission.

How long do commissions take to complete?

This depends on whether I have a waiting list of other commissions I am working on as well as how complicated the commission is. If there is no waiting list, the average commission can be completed in under a month.
