I’m not kidding.
And it tastes DELICIOUS.
Gold can be omitted upon request (it really doesn’t add to anything but the cost – it is, after all, actual 24K gold).
If you want that golden touch but don’t want to ingest literal 24K gold there are edible metallic spraypaints, edible luster powders, and edible glitters available.
Colors other than gold are (one would hope obviously) available as well. From neon glitters to iridescent powders to food-dye markers that can be used to write messages on uncut blocks of fudge the world of food coloring products is vast indeed.
So we’ve talked about different decoration options for the surface of the fudge, but what about coloring the fudge itself? Since lime fudge is naturally white, it can easily be dyed to a different color of your choice using regular old food coloring.
But what about other flavors of fudge?
Indeed, I make other flavors of fudge as well, that are also rated by my acquaintances as literally (and yes I mean the word literally in the literal sense, not as a form of hyperbole) the best fudge they’ve ever tasted.
Top flavors include:
Can you add walnuts?
Can I ever! I can even add raisins.
